叶先生自2004年加入英特尔投资，负责公司在中国投资业务。 英特尔投资是英特尔公司的策略投资机构，自开创以来已在全球投资一千多家企业,超过三十亿美元. 在加入英特尔之前，叶先生就职于投资银行瑞士信贷第一波士顿(CSFB),负责CSFB在亚洲的高科技公司投资银行业务，包括海外上市，私募融资，购并等项目。在CSFB工作的5年时间内，他总共为公司完成了超过50亿美元的融资。1991年至1997年期间，叶先生在加州Cypress Semiconductor公司任记忆芯片开发部门经理及芯片厂部门经理。叶先生拥有纽约康乃尔大学（Cornell University）的商务管理硕士，电机硕士，及电机和材料学士等3个学位。

Kuantai Yeh is Director of Intel Capital China. He focuses on Intel's investment activities in the PRC. Intel Capital is the strategic investment arm of Intel Corporation. Since its inception, Intel Capital has invested over US$ 4 billion in more than 1,000 companies worldwide. Mr. Yeh has been with Intel since 2004.

Prior to joining Intel, Mr. Yeh was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) based in Hong Kong for 5 years, responsible for the non-Japan Asia Technology Investment Banking business for local technology companies. He was responsible for the sourcing and execution of many IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, convertible bonds and mergers and acquisitions with total transaction sizes exceeding US$5 billion.

Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Yeh worked at Cypress Semiconductors from 1991 to 1997 in various engineering roles including Technology Integration Manager and Fab Engineering Manager. During the time, Mr. Yeh led several R&D teams to successfully develop 3 generations of SRAM process technologies and put into volume production.

Mr. Yeh holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Material Science, a MENG degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA degree, all from Cornell University. Mr. Yeh is also the holder of two US patents in semiconductor process technology.
