徐飞杰先生现任上海贝尔阿尔卡特股份有限公司战略投资总监，负责公司的风险投资、兼并与收购以及战略合作等。徐飞杰先生在IT和通信行业有着十多年的技术、市场和管理经验。早在1994年，他在北欧的一家技术创新企业从事第一代移动数据应用系统的设计与研发。之后，他于1997年加入瑞典爱立信公司，担任过高级系统工程师、产品经理、市场主管等职位。2000年，徐飞杰先生受爱立信公司委派，回国负责移动互联网应用技术在中国的市场推广。2004年，他加入了上海贝尔阿尔卡特负责启动和管理风险投资运作，投资对象为TMT领域中处于早期的创新企业。

徐飞杰先生在国内曾就读于上海交通大学，后赴北欧留学、工作和生活。徐飞杰先生获得挪威奥斯陆大学计算机与通信学专业硕士学位。

Mr Feijie Xu is currently director of strategic investment at Alcatel Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd. He is responsible for corporate VC investment, M&A, and strategic partnership. Mr Xu has accumulated more than ten years of working experiences in the areas of technology, marketing, and management within the IT and communications industries. Dating back to 1994, he was engaged in the development of the first-generation mobile data systems at an innovative hi-tech enterprise in Nordic. He then joined L. M. Ericsson, the Swedish telecom system and equipment giant, in 1997 and has since taken various positions. In 2000, Mr Xu returned to China upon assignment by Ericsson, in charge of marketing and promotion of mobile Internet enabling technologies. Mr Xu joined Alcatel Shanghai Bell in 2004 to lead the establishment and management of VC operation, which targets to invest in China-based innovative TMT enterprises in early stage.

Mr Feijie Xu had been studying at Shanghai Jiao Tong University before he went abroad to pursue his higher education and professional career in Europe. He graduated from the University of Oslo in Norway with a Master of Science degree in Computer and Communications.
