王晓滨是厦门大学财政金融博士，具有十四年国际资本市场投资、融资工作经验，先后在东南亚、欧、美等十几个国家开展业务，积累了丰富的国际资本市场和投资银行业务的经验。对中国企业利用国际资本市场融资和发展有很丰富的实践经验。近年来协助数十家企业在香港、新加坡、欧美等地上市，她创立并领导的高能资本有限公司是中国企业境外上市融资的优秀财务顾问之一。

Ms. Wang Xiaobin is now the chairman of Power Capital Corporation, who is in charge of the strategy management and the overall planning of Power Capital Corp. and its member-corporations, which include Power Capital(Cayman)Ltd, Power Capital (Hong Kong)Ltd, Xiamen Power investment Co., Ltd., Xiamen power investment Consulting Co., Ltd., etc.

Ms. Wang Xiaobin graduated from Xiamen University, where she has got a Ph.D. degree on investment banking theory and practicality, a master degree on psychology and a bachelor degree on theories of computer software.

After graduation, she began to work on fields of corporate financing in Hongkong, Xiamen, etc, and has developed the consanguineous relationship with the international capital markets and some American investment banks. In 1999, Ms. Wang Xiaobin established Xiamen Capital Operation Consultant Ltd (Xiamen Power investment Co., Ltd.). Until now, Ms. Wang Xiaobin has accumulated plenty of successful experiences on corporate financing. The clients of power capital contain all kinds of corporations, and power capital has formed a whole and mature investment banking system including IPO, private placement, pre-ipo investment, mergers & acquisitions, etc. The market extends from Hong Kong and Singapore to the international capital markets including America, Korea, England, etc.
