高级经济师，中国人民大学获经济学硕士，曾先后在政府部门从事宏观经济管理工作，中国人民大学和深圳大学从事经济管理等教学和研究，后又在深圳赛格集团公司任战略研究室主任，中国农村发展信托香港集团公司任总经济师，先后从事过项目BOT融资，公司上市策划和资产重组、投资基金管理运作，参与国家有关法规政策讨论与修改等。1999年至今在全国规模最大的创投公司——深圳市创新投资集团有限公司担任风险控制委员会秘书长。

Senior Economist, Mr. Wang earned a M.A in Economics from Renmin University of China. He used to work for the government department in charge of the macro-economy management. Mr. Wang also did the economic management teaching and research in the Renmin University of China and the Shenzhen University. After that Wang Shouren worked in Shenzhen Electronics Group co., Ltd as the director of the strategic research department, the China rural development trust co., Ltd. Hong Kong as the general economist successively. He involved in the BOT project’s financing, planning of a company’s IPO, investment fund’s management and operation, and the discussion and amendment of the government’s policies and regulations. Wang is working for Shenzhen Capital Group co., Ltd, which is the largest size VC Company in China since 1999. He occupies the secretary-general of the risk control commission.
