TDF华盈创业投资基金的创始人及总裁合伙人，拥有八年风险投资、十二年投资银行和企业运作管理的经验。汝林琪于1999年加入新加坡Venture TDF，并于2005年募集建立了TDF Capital China II LP。她的个人投资方向主要集中在媒体、互联网、无线通讯以及消费品服务等领域，目前已担任7家公司的董事，扶持了多位优秀的中国企业家。她参与投资的成功案例中包括阿里巴巴、百度、中国网通、分众传媒和华友世纪等知名企业。其中，4家企业成功上市和2家被收购退出的骄人业绩使她在2005年度被评为中国最佳风险投资人。

加入风险投资行业前，汝林琪曾任PrivyLink公司的CFO和COO。TDF正是PrivyLink的投资人之一。在此之前，汝林琪有12年的投资银行经历，曾就职于德意志银行、美林证券和高盛银行，在资本市场、金融重组以及消费品、交通、互联网、媒体和消费金融等行业的战略投资咨询等领域中积累了大量宝贵的经验。加入高盛前，汝林琪曾任IBM工业工程师。

汝林琪毕业于哈佛商学院获工商管理硕士学位，并在加洲大学伯克利分校获机电工程学士学位。

Tina Ju is the Managing & Founding Partner of TDF Capital. Tina has 8 years of venture experience and 12 years of investment banking and operating experience. She joined Venture TDF in 1999 and founded TDF Capital China II LP in 2005. Tina focuses on media, internet, wireless communication and consumer services sectors and currently serves 7 Boards. Tina has backed some of China’s most accomplished entrepreneurs and enterprises including Alibaba, Baidu, China Netcom, Focus Media, Hurray, etc. Four successful IPO and two M&A have added to her outstanding achievements and earned her China’s top venture capitalist award in 2005.

Prior to venture capital, Tina served as the CFO/COO for PrivyLink, a portfolio company of TDF. Before that, she spent 12 years in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong. She possesses significant and extensive experiences in capital market, financial restructuring, and providing strategic advisory services in a broad range of industries including consumer, transportation, internet, media and consumer finance. Tina also worked at IBM as an engineer before joining Goldman Sachs.

Tina holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
