张骏先生是软银中国创业投资有限公司（SBCVC）的投资副总监，他在软银的主要工作包括项目收集、项目评估、投资方案设计、项目谈判和投资管理。

在加盟软银之前，他担任麦肯锡公司的咨询顾问，为电信、高科技、汽车、消费品及零售等行业的企业提供了涉及企业战略制定、组织架构调整、关键管理流程和业务流程设计等领域的管理咨询服务。之前，张先生在摩根士丹利投资银行部工作期间，协助了一家中国高科技企业成功在美国纳斯达克上市，并参与了数项境外兼并收购项目的工作。此外，他还曾服务于摩托罗拉移动终端事业部，负责北亚市场的手机市场营销战略制定与执行和业务拓展工作。

张骏先生拥有上海交通大学国际金融专业经济学学士学位，及美国西北大学凯洛格商学院的MBA学位。

Jun Zhang is an Associate Director at Softbank China Venture Capital (SBCVC). He is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining SBCVC, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he offered consulting services to many leading companies in telecom, high tech, auto, consumer and retail sectors. His consulting projects include corporate and business unit strategy development, organization restructuring and key management and business process redesign. He also helped a Chinese high tech company listed in Nasdaq and served as advisor to M&A deals when he worked in investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. He also worked at Motorola in its mobile devices unit and was responsible for its North Asia marketing strategy and business development
